Pecan Pie Bar 9x13 lined with foil @350 Crust: 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened ⅔ cup packed brown sugar 2⅔ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt Filling: 1 stick butter 1 cup brown sugar ⅓ cup honey 2 tbs heavy cream 2 cups chopped pecans Crust: Cream butter, sugar until fluffy, add flour and salt. Press into pan, bake @ 20 minutes Filling: Simmer egg, butter brown sugar, honey, heavy cream, add pecans. Then pour into crust, spread to the edges. Bake 20 minutes, cool.
