Czech architectural firm Atelier 8000 has created a cubical structure set on its side called the Kežmarské Hut. Its goal is to provide sustainable, year-round, off-the-grid shelter for adventurers, and apparently to do so at an angled orientation. The exterior consists of aluminum, glass, and photovoltaic panels, as well as a patio that wraps around two of the structure’s faces. The dramatic metal plating glimmers like an icy oasis for miles.
