This is the back of a traditional Japanese farmhouse. This has a more rural feel to it than the other buildings I have looked at and would possibly be more applicable in a historical context if I were to apply that to my animation. However, I do quite like the decorations such as those dangling from the roof and will potentially use the idea when developing buildings.
