Stephen Covey’s 7 Habit of Healthy Kids would be useful to use in this unit and throughout the year. It has many prompts that will help promote thinking. One of my favorite sections on this image is when it stated, “I take care of my body by eating right, exercising, and getting sleep.” These are all a part of our health statements and making our own 7th habit poster could be meaningful to my students.
