Pumpkin Cherry Bars. I halved the recipe (because I didn't have enough almond meal and the recipe is only for one person!). I altered it by: using 1 persimmon (not banana), egg subsitute for the eggs, 1/4 cup wheat bran for some of the flour, and only 1/4 cup dried cranberries (that's all you need!) DELICIOUS!!! and very low cal (880 for the whole recipe)

Just made frozen protein squares! 1 cup of blueberry yogurt, 1 scoop of vanilla protein, 1 tsp of flaxseed oil 1 tsp of milk ... And I put blueberries in the bottom :) & then all you do is put them in the freezer for a easy ad healthy snack!
