Pumpkin Cherry Bars. I halved the recipe (because I didn't have enough almond meal and the recipe is only for one person!). I altered it by: using 1 persimmon (not banana), egg subsitute for the eggs, 1/4 cup wheat bran for some of the flour, and only 1/4 cup dried cranberries (that's all you need!) DELICIOUS!!! and very low cal (880 for the whole recipe)
