Capoeira Da Rua is based on the pre-academia street capoeira of Rio de Janeiro, which is what the group's name translate to...capoeira of the street, Capoeira Da Rua. Never to late to get fit to fight! At 77 years old, she deserves all the respect in the world, most people today stop training at 25, and eat crap and drink coke all day, turn into fat asses. I practiced TKD when i was younger and its really hard to kick all the time. Thumbs up to her and hope she keeps training until she is 100 years old. I wish i can be that thin and have all that health if i even reach that age.
