Olympic Torch Parade Cupcakes in a ice cream cone - I made these for my son's preschool Olympic parade. I made them for all the 4 & 5 year olds. They gave me the supplies and I made them at home. I forget what magazine these were in, I already gave it back to the preschool. They were supposed to have fruit roll ups as part of the flames but I couldn't get it to stand up. So instead, I striped my bag red and orange & used yellow buttercream icing.
