Really yummy recipe! Modifications - two cloves garlic instead of one (if you like garlic) and also one shallot. Also, I threw the garlic, shallot, artichoke hearts, and fresh spinach in the food chopper so it would be a bit smoother for dipping (chips didn't break off while dipping).
