Substitute Stevia for Sugar - Stevia is a natural sweetener used for centuries in South America. Great for diabetics & those trying to kick the pervasive "granular crack". It may seem more expensive than sugar but since you use so little, it's really not. Replacing sugar with stevia in most recipes is really as simple as shown in this chart. I mostly use liquid but the powder works well also. When baking I use a combination of erythritol+stevia. You can grow stevia too! Totally awesome!
Apple Pie Egg Rolls!! If you like the OLD McDonald's apple pies (the fried ones!) you will LOVE these! - Chele's notes: apple turned out OK but blueberry had TOO MUCH liquid so I wouldn't suggest cherry or peach either. Soaked though over half the wrappers and all of them ended up splitting and turning into a big mess.
