Turmeric Ginger Tea I just made this tea to help relieve some intense lower back, hip, and knee pain. I haven't yet emptied a full cup, so I don't know yet how it works for pain, but it tastes really good and was super easy to make!
tumeric tea - I use fresh ginger and powdered tumeric with honey. I cut the ginger into three or 4 small slices and add about of a teaspoon of the tumeric and 1 tablespoon of honey. I put in a glass mason jar and pour in about 2 cups of water
