Intr-un bol, dam branza prin razatoare, adaugam sare, chimenul, amestecam, dupa care adaugam laptele in care am dizolvat praful de copt, untura, untul moale la temperatura camerei. Adaugam faina treptat, pana rezulta o coca omogena si nelipicioasa. Daca nu ne grabim, invelim in folie alimentara si dam la rece, 30 minute. Facem bilute si le coacem la forma unsa cu putin ulei si incinsa bine.
