· 1 serving NGREDIENTI: • 2 patate • 2 cucchiai di fecola • 1 cucchiaino di sale • farina qb per la panatura • 1 uovo per la panatura • pangrattato qb per la panatura Iniziamo lessando le patate. Cotte schiacciamola in una ciotola ed aggiungiamo la fecola il sale e formiamo un panetto. Dividiamolo in 2 e stendiamolo sulla pellicola come è video, farmacia molo e chiudiamolo. Poi impaniamolo prima nella farina poi nell'uovo sbattuto e nel pan grattato. Infine cuociamolo in padella con dell'olio da entrambi i lati.

Zutaten: 5 Kartoffeln 1 Zwiebel 200 g Frischkäse (ich verwende Exquisa fitline) 100 g geriebener Käse Wasser Zubereitung: Die Kartoffeln schälen und in Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel in Ringe schneiden. Frischkäse mit Wasser mischen, sodass eine flüssige Konsistenz entsteht. Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver und Basilikum unterrühren. Sauce und Käse auf den Kartoffeln verteilen und 40 Minuten bei 180 °C Umluft backen.
