🥗🇬🇷 Classic Greek Salad with Feta & Olives – Refreshing & Easy Recipe 🍅🫒
Ingredients: 2 cups cucumber (diced) 2 cups tomatoes (chopped) ½ cup green & black olives (pitted) ½ cup feta cheese (cubed) ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced) 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar ½ tsp dried oregano Salt & black pepper (to taste) Instructions: Prepare veggies: Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. Assemble salad: Add all ingredients to a bowl, including olives and feta. Make dressing: Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss & serve: Pour dressing over salad, mix gently, and enjoy fresh!
