Zero Dollar GT-R R32

I love the R32. It is the most iconic Japanese street racer on the street. Anyone, even a non-car person would stop and stare if one would drive past.. with this in mind and the fact that I like to recycle and upcycle stuff and since RC drifting is not the cheapest hobby out there and I would much rather spend $$$ on electronics and suspension upgrades I decided to tackle the abused R32. Buying a new lexan shell was just out of the question completely, so I decided to fix up a used R32 shell..

Basically what I used for the lights installation, is: Tinfoil. Transparent thin layer doublesided tape or glue to stick the tinfoil to the inside of the shell. LED's..wire, etc. And my wicked imagination..

The DIY Lightbucket and LED installation was a last minute thought. Didn't take photos during the installation unfortunately, but this will be covered with my next project.

Find the spot you want to fit these, make a small pilot hole and just bend the ends backwards or upwards.

Now, those splitter strut braces. Very easy to make. Took a paperclip, stripped some of the plastic off and tadaaa!!
