Soft paratha
Ingredients: Wheat flour (atta) Water Salt Ghee or oil for cooking Instructions: 1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. 2. Roll the Paratha: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll each ball into a flat, round disc using a rolling pin. For layered paratha, apply a thin layer of ghee or oil on the rolled dough, fold it, and roll again gently. 3. Cook the Paratha: Heat a tawa or flat pan on medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Apply ghee or oil on the cooked side, flip again, and apply ghee or oil on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
