18-hour brisket from a Cajun Injector electric smoker rub: 1/2 c brown sugar, 1/4 c paprika, 1 T each of black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, 2 ts cumin, &1 ts cayenne So far we have used this on ribs, pork shoulder & brisket. It has been great on all of them! Used a mix of oak and hickory. About 60/40 oak/hickory.
