Difficulty: Medium I used a 70lb dumbbell for these Goblet Squats. I used 10lb dumbbells for the hopping & popping around. You need to be able to hit your full range of motion on all with the weights you choose for the challenges. You will also need a timer. • Go for 4-5 sets! • Enjoy!!
