High protein creamy tomato and basil beans via @sophsplantkitchen It’s tomato season guys so make the most whilst they’re at their best. This also works really well with slightly-past-their-best toms so save for later when you need it. Protein breakdown: Beans: 31g Tofu: 34g Nooch: 8g Miso: 4g Total: 77g /2 = 38.5g Ingredients 1/2 an onion, finely chopped 5 cloves garlic, crushed 1 tbsp tomato puree 3-4 large tomatoes, chopped 2 x 400g tins of butterbeans Small handful of torn fresh basil 250g firm tofu - I used tomato flavoured @taifuntofu but if you can’t find this, just use firm tofu and add a bit more tomato puree and salt 3 heaped tbsp nooch 2 tbsp white miso Splash of water To serve: More fresh basil Extra virgin olive oil Toasted sourdough bread or cooked grain of choice

🤤Carrot Cake Protein Breakfast Bar🥕 INGREDIENTS (MAKES 8 SLICES) 👩🏻‍🍳 Wet ingredients ➡️ 2 eggs ➡️ 450g thick Greek yoghurt ➡️ 75g honey ➡️ 1 medium grated carrot Dry ingredients🔥 ➡️ 50g @myprotein impact whey vanilla ➡️ 100g oat flour (blended oats) ➡️ 50g semolina flour (substitute with ground nuts or additional oat flour) ➡️ 1tsp baking powder ➡️ 1 handful walnuts Method✨ 1. Preheat the oven to 180oc (350oF) 2. Mix together your wet ingredients and then fold in the dry ingredients until thoroughly combined 3. Split the mix into a lined mini loaf tray or muffin tray, top with extra walnuts & bake for 20 mins (this recipe makes 8-10) 4. Remove from the oven & leave to cool 5.
