Dublin Breeze 1 oz Celtic Honey Liqueur 2 oz Grain Whiskey oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 1 dash Bitters Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and pour into highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
"Top 'O The Mornin' Tonic"-March 4 oz. Yacht Club Quinine Soda 1 1/2 oz. Celtic Honey liqueur (Irish whiskey honey liqueur) 1/2 oz. Green creme de menthe Directions: Add liqueur and Yacht Club Quinine soda to an ice filled tall glass. Then add half of a lime that has been cored, to the top of the glass. Add green creme de menthe to lime half and slowly pour into drink.
