Complete each exercise one after another for 30 seconds of work with little rest between. Repeat for 2-3 rounds. 1. Reverse table top plank leg kicks (alternative would be a reverse table top plank hold) 2. Weighted glute bridge with single leg raise (alternative would be regular glute bridge)
