It’s a mix of bodyweight movements and using weights to build lean muscle and burn fat all with no jumping exercises, so this workout is apartment-friendly and easy on those joints!! 🙌🏽

      • Warm-up before | Cool down and stretch afterward
      • 40 sec. each exercise | 3-5 rounds | 1-2 min. rest after each circuit. 😉

      • Butt kickers + reach ups
      • Marching rows
      • Step back arm raises
      • Ab twists to alt. toe taps
      • Leg lift knee tucks
      • Alt. single leg crunches
