HOT CHOCOLATE BALLS 😍 Make your own homemade hot chocolate balls! They’re super quick and easy, plus you can customise them to make them your own 😘 Feel free to use white chocolate or dark chocolate instead 🫶 All you need is: 200g milk chocolate, tempered (see below) 2 tbsp hot chocolate powder Mini marshmallows Optional: melted white chocolate for the drizzle and sprinkles to decorate How to temper the chocolate: Melt 130g of the chocolate in the microwave at 500W (medium heat) in 1 minute intervals until mostly melted - stir gently until smooth. Chop the remaining 70g of chocolate into small chunks and gradually add it into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s smooth and melted before adding the rest.
