Whoa y’all, this little combo right here is something you definitely want to try! So simple yet so flavorful these little crispy crunchy bites of yum are a great addition to your low carb recipe list😍
    • 1 onion, sliced thin
    • 2 bell peppers, any color, sliced thin
    • 2 cooked chicken breast, shredded
    • 2 tbsp butter, divided
    Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt, pepper, and @flavorgod garlic lovers
    • 2 @cutdacarb Flatbreads
    • 2 oz cream cheese, softened,
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
    Oil for frying
    • Sugar free pepper jelly for dipping (recipe will be up soon)
    • Add 1 tbsp of the butter to a skillet over medium high heat along with peppers and onions.
    • Cook until caramelized and add chicken, butter and Worcestershire. Cook 1-2 minutes and set aside..
    • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each flatbread and sprinkle half of the mozzarella on each leaving the distal edge uncovered( this will allow the cream cheese to seal them shut as you fold).
    • Cut the flatbread into four strips and add a medium scoop of the chicken mixture on the proximal end of each.
    • Fold the strips in a triangular shape back and forth until you reach the end(see video).
    • You can pan fry these in oil over medium heat until golden and crisp or you can bake them at 350 for 7-8 minutes per side, or until crisped.
    • Serve them up with some warmed pepper jelly( my sugar free version is coming soon).
