Sweet and spice and everything nice… this gigantic cinnamon roll comes in at only 200 calories and it is packed with 22g of protein! This is my new go-to when I’m craving something sweet 😍
    • 1 sheet @cutdacarb flatbread
    • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
    • 6 stevia drops
    • 1 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix, I used @simplydelishnatural vanilla
    • 1tbsp vanilla protein powder, I used cupcake batter from @proteinmilkshake
    • 1 tbsp cream, I used @nutpods marshmallow flavour
    Spray butter
      • Make the filling by combining Greek yoghurt, stevia drops, and pudding mix.
      • Roll the flatbread in damp paper towels and microwave for 20 seconds. This will make the bread very pliable for rolling.
      • Spread the yoghurt mixture(reserve 2 tbsp) on top of the flatbread fully covering the entire surface.
      • Sprinkle with cinnamon and roll tightly. Spread the remainder of the yoghurt mixture on top of the roll and roll again(see video).
      • Place in a greased dish and spray with butter.
      • Bake for 10 minutes.
      • Mix protein powder and cream until no lumps remain and drizzle over the cinnamon roll.
