I leave some of my Anaheim Peppers on the plant to ripen. These lovely red peppers are then strung on quilting thread or embroidery floss and hung to dry. Like my drying rake/rack? Once completely dry I will remove the stem and seeds and give them a few turns in the blender, then store in a jar. This will make my pepper flakes to use through out the year.
