Grapes Raw Mango Chutney

Grapes Mango Chutney
    Ingredients :
    • 1 tsp Oil
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
    • Finely chopped small Ginger Knob
    • 1 medium chopped Onion (optional)
    • Salt as per taste
    • 1 small chopped Raw Mango
    • 500 gm chopped Grapes
    • 2 tbs Jaggery (Gur)
    • Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
    • Some roasted & coarsely crushed Peanuts
    Method :
    • Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan
    • Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
    • Add finely chopped small Ginger Knob
    • Roast until light golden
    • Add 1 medium chopped Onion (optional)
    • Add Salt as per taste
    • When onion is tender, add 1 small chopped Raw Mango
    • Cover the lid and cook for 2 min
    • Add 500 gm chopped Grapes
    • Mix it and again cover the lid
    • Cook until grapes are softer
    • Further add 2 tbs Jaggery (Gur)
    • Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
    • Mix it and gently mash the grapes with spatula
    • Cook until grapes are soft, press with the help of masher
    • Add roasted & coarsely crushed Peanuts in the end
    • Turn off the heat and mix it
    • (store this chutney in refrigerator in an air tight container for 10-15 days)
    • Enjoy this Delicious Grapes Mango Chutney.
