Making this my morning work out 7 day, full body, at home, body weight workout. This simple but effective workout can be used for multiple weeks and is quick, fun and effective.

Hmm interesting ideas. Not sure going to bed hungry is going to let you "sleep right" though. And no carbs after lunch... I guess we are talking about complex carbs, as low starch veggies are surely ok?
