Pumpkin Bread with Maple Sugar Glaze

Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups AP flour
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 15 ounce can / pumpkin
Bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes for a loaf pan. Put on rack in lower third of oven and check after 45/50 minutes to make sure it doesn't get too brown.
    If making cupcakes/muffins, bake for approximately 22-25 minutes. Check at 19-20 minutes.
