Okay. As I mentioned in the video, this isn’t a workout routine (I don’t usually do that many leg exercises for one workout). These are exercises that I LOVE to have in my workout routine and those that I often did when I had cellulite on my legs.
Something important to keep in mind is that cellulite is COMPLETELY NORMAL. About 80-90% of women will have cellulite at some point in time! So don’t stress over it!
Something ELSE important that I want to mention is that cellulite isn’t about your weight. This is why women of all shapes and sizes can have cellulite! Cellulite is about your muscles.
Other factors include: blood circulation, hormones, nutrition, and if you’re staying hydrated!
You can also do these exercises without weight!
