• Cake:

• -1 cup (200g) brown sugar
• -3/4 cup (180ml) plant milk
• -1/2 cup (120ml) oil
• MIX
• -1 3/4 cup (250g) flour
• -2 Tsp baking powder
• -1 Tsp cinnamon
• FOLD it in/ BAKE at 175C/350F for 40mins/LET COOL DOWN
• Frosting:
• -1 1/3 cup (325ml) plant milk
• -40g vanilla instant pudding OR 40g corn starch with vanilla extract
• COOK pudding and LET it cook down
• -100g softened vegan margarine
• -4 Tbsp powdered sugar
• WHIP IT UP/ADD pudding spoonwise/BUILD the cake/DECORATE with walnuts/Keep in the fridge
