This series is simple but so effective. I am really able to isolate the obliques and lats here . I imagine drawing the shoulder blade to my hip bone to really cinch my waistline. I find it more effect if I cross my opposite leg behind. It's important to not pull with your arms and to keep the shoulders over your hands. When doing the center variation remember to use the low belly to push the knees through. Often clients want to reach and pull with their arms instead.
