Caprese Tarts I have always been a fan a good caprese salad. When I was thinking about recipes for the tart issue in the spring issue of SPM I was thinking why not a caprese tart? I tried it out and it was really good. All you need is some puff pastry, good mozzarella, sweet tomatoes and fresh basil. Enjoy!
