Blat -6 oua, 120 gr zahar, 140 gr faina, 2 gr praf de copt, 5 gr zahar vanilat.
Crema -150 ml smantana pentru frisca, 150 gr ciocolata 52 %cacao, coaja confiata de la o portocala, 1/2 lingurita extract de vanilie.
Glazura - sucul de la 3 portocale + coaja razuita de la 1 portocala, 100 gr unt 82% grasime, 2 galbenusuri, 30 gr amidon, 10 gr gelatina, 1 lingurita extract de vanilie, 180 gr zahar.
Decor - 100 gr ciocolata 52% cacao, 10 ml ulei.
