Cook your ramen noodles (I cooked mine in chicken broth and did not use the seasoning packet)
  • Meanwhile sautée 1 clove garlic in 1 tbsp butter. Add 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce and 1 tsp brown sugar and bring to a boil. I added fresh ginger because I had it, so totally optional! I also added in chopped cooked broccoli. Pour that over the ramen, add sesame seeds and a fried egg
