It took some fiddling around but I finally managed ot fit The Hulk in a Ribba Frame. Instead of the standard glass that comes with the Ribba frames I used a piece of clear Perspex plastic, 2mm thick. On the back of the frame I used Blu Tack to make the backing board sit slightly higher than the standard frame. On top of all this the perspex is actually warped slightly around The Hulk's head.
