Ingredients:
• 85 grams unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 cup (135 grams brown sugar
• 1/4 cup (55 grams caster (superfine) sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup (150 grams plain (all-purpose) flour
• 1/8 teaspoon bicarbonate of (baking) soda
• 1/4 cup (25 grams cocoa powder
• 50 grams milk chocolate, chopped
• 50 grams white chocolate, chopped
• 1 can of dulce de leche
• Vanilla ice cream to serve
