I love making my own raw bars. The recipe combinations are endless and couldn't be more simple. 1 cup raw nuts + 1 cup dates + 1/2 to 3/4 cup other dried fruit. Press into parchment lined pan, refrigerate, cut and wrap. I like making them with tropical dried fruits, coconut shreds and lemon zest in the summer.
