- 1 pack puff pastry - 1 cup/150g strawberries - 1/3 cup/100g strawberry jam _____________________________ - Preheat oven to 220C - Cut out heart shaped pieces from puff pastry. - Cut out the inside from half the full hearts using a smaller heart shaped or circle cutter. - Thinly slice strawberries. -Put 2-4 slices on each heart and cover with 'heart shaped ring'. - Brush finished hearts with water. - Bake for 10-12 minutes. - While hearts are still warm, fill them up with strawberry jam.
