Petticoat Rainbow Floor Length Chiffon -- Made to Measure

This sale is for a custom version of the pictured rainbow colors single layer petticoat made out of soft nylon chiffon. The waist will be .75" (2cm) wide elastic that will be covered by satin charmeuse for comfort. Sizing is based on HIP circumference, not waist circumference, although I will need your waist measurement also. The hip measurement is the most important because the top tier of the skirt is the most snug around the hips. I need to be sure you can fit in the petticoat comfortably :)

WAIST: Please specify whatever waist measurement you need.

COLOR: Rainbow -- red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.

FABRIC USED: 100% non-fray nylon chiffon.

ELASTIC: I use .75" (2cm) wide elastic.

WAISTBAND: 100% polyester satin charmeuse.

CARE: Hand wash cold OR machine wash cold on delicate setting; hang to dry OR tumble dry delicate, low or no heat.

United States -- USPS Priority Mail. Delivery will be approximately 2-3 business days.

Everywhere Else -- Priority Mail International. Delivery will be approximately 6-10 business days, but please allow extra time for customs!
