Here's a sneak peek at a computational #neuroscience #project we're building with two certain well-known universities. It involves visualising ion channels as a force-directed graph, with the force #algorithm creating either a hierarchical or similarity-based view. Filtering by animal is also possible. This is a CSS animation we made for the server panel. It was inspired by a CodePen post and, interestingly enough, someone made a remake of it and put it up a CodePen. It's come full circle!
