700 year old Iranian Home. Allegedly, these homes in Iran, carved out of solid rock, were built on the order of 700 years ago and are still inhabited by people who have given them modern touches (you know, the little things like and electricity)
Mini Castle In a Lake Sintra Portugal. Obviously, a castle does not have to be huge to have that "WOW" factor! I LOVE the way this place looks, and I wouldn't mind spending some time there. I might want a small boat, though.
Romantic-looking Castillo de Butròn in Gatika, Basque Country, Spain. Altho the original castle dates to the Middle Ages, the current building is late century. I love the look, but it seems to have been an unfortunate folly.
