Ingredients × 1 piadipizza (8 slices): • 2 piadines • 120g selected cooked ham (or turkey rump) • 100g pasta filata cheese • 150g mozzarella (I light) • dressed tomato puree • Season the tomato sauce with salt, olive oil and pepper. • All you have to do is assemble your pizza! • Divide from the first piadina-based layer, second layer with ham, followed by cheese. • Close with a final layer of piadina, tomato puree and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. • At this point you just have to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or in an air fryer (190 degrees for 12 minutes)!
