Rice Paper Pancakes (Gluten free) 🌱 By Dr.vegan Ingredients 1 onion thinly sliced 1/2 red cabbage thinly sliced 1 carrot very thinly sliced 2 spring onions chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 8 rice paper sheets Soy sauce for serving Instructions Prepare Vegetables: Use a mandoline to thinly slice the onion and red cabbage.
