Here is one of my FAVORITE no equipment at home workouts for when I want to target my glutes and continue building myself a booty. It's been a long time just getting this far with my backside and there's no way I'm stopping now. Of course heavy weights ar

2 pommes de terre au four qu'y faut vider, 1 cuillère à s de beurre, 2 œufs, 2 tranc bacon cuit, 2 c. cheddar râpé, 1 c. persil frais haché, sel et poivre noir. Placez 1/2 cuillère à soupe de beurre au milieu de chaque "bol pomme de terre"., puis casser délicatement un œuf dans chaque "bol", attention de ne pas briser le jaune. Recouvrer avec le bacon, le fromage, le persil, puis assaisonner avec le sel et le poivre. Cuire au four à 350 degrés F pendant 25 min.
