Recipe: Ingredients: * 8 eggs * 1/2 onion, diced * 1/2 cup spinach, chopped * 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon *1 cup cottage cheese * 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond milk for keto) * 3 cups broccoli, finely chopped * 1/2 cup cheese of choice ( I used cheddar) * 1 tsp garlic powder * Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a pan, add a little oil. Add spinach, oil, and broccoli Sauté for 4- 5 minutes Then in a bowl, whisk the eggs then add in the milk and cottage cheese. Whisk to combine Remove the veggies from the skillet and add to a bowl Pour the eggs over the veggies then add bacon + cheese + spices Line a pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes

POTATO TART🥔 🥚(via: @kochen_mit_k) INGREDIENTS: Around 500g boiled potatoes 300g (cream) Spinach 100g Grated cheese 3 Eggs Pepper, salt and nutmeg For the spinach, I sautéed onions and garlic, then added the spinach and cooked it. The liquid should be collected/strained. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat in the lower third for about 25-30 minutes.

Recipe below 👇🏼 Ingredients 10 eggs, whisked 1 sweet potato, cut into small cubes 1 capsicum, sliced 1 zucchini, sliced 10-12 cherry tomatoes, sliced 2 cups spinach Generous sprinkle of feta Salt & pepper, to taste Method: 1. Roast your sweet potato, capsicum and zucchini for 40 minutes on 180*C or until soft. 2. Pour your roasted vegetables into a medium sized lined baking dish. 3. Pour your whisked eggs over the vegetables, then add in your spinach, tomatoes & salt and pepper and mix well. 4. Top with your feta cheese. 5.
