This week we will find the reach and length in the exercises leading up to Star on the Reformer and the Mat. Upper back, sides, and backside connections will help us get there. Not your favorite exercise? I have included some unique variations are given too, so don't skip out on this one!
Its easy to focus on the choreography and if you are able to do the exercises. In this weeks classes we will focus more on how you should feel in the exercises and that might mean not looking like the exercise or only doing part of the exercise. Grab a theraband to use to get some connections to seek out as we practice on our mat. And on the reformer get ready to feel how the handles and straps help you get connected and keep it all working together!

Something many people dislike is Push ups, or a version of push ups. Like for me I hate a burpee! But, the truth is plank is such an incredible exercise and the more we fall in love with it the more possible other Pilates exercises and even life will actually be!
