Ingredients • 6 chicken thighs (bone in) • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp red pepper flakes • 1 tsp dried parsley • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 2 tsp garlic minced • 1 lemon juice • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp avocado oil • Salt • Pepper Instructions • Air-fry at 360 for 25-30 minutes. Flip & cook for 10 more minutes • OVEN directions: Bake at 420 degrees f for 55 mins up to about an hour (until crispy and golden) Credits to @nutrientmatters The creator didn’t say if you have to marinate it before cooking it but I would marinate it for at least 30 minutes. This is a good recipe for meal prep. Would be good with rice, salad, in a sandwich, etc.

Ingredients: • 4-5 Maris piper potatoes, more if you’d like :) • 3-4 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 rosemary Instructions: • 1. Chop the potatoes into bite size cubes. • 2. Rinse the potatoes in water to remove starch on the outside. Drain and pat dry. • 3. Mix potatoes with all the seasoning. • 4. In an airfryer, cook the potatoes for 20 mins at 205°C/400°F, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside • 5. Garnish with fresh parsley, more salt and more paprika. Enjoy!
