Jan 8 2017- Made this today and as directed except I used fresh 5 oz spinach and added that in milk/ cheese till wilted. It was quick and easy. It was a bit blah, but lacked that little umph. I did add a bit of lemon juice to my plate to have something. I will next time add something to give it a taste boost. But great for a side dish that won't over power your rest of meal. You can play with this recipe. I'd still try again.
