✋🏼HANDSTAND MUST-DOS✋🏼to master your handstand sooner… Step 1: STRENGTHEN YOUR WRISTS🔥 Think about it - you can have all the core and shoulder strength but without strong wrists, you’re not going to be able to bear weight on your hands for very long 😬 Don’t know where to start? Save these exercises to try when you’re Netflixing later 👉🏼 • 1️⃣ wrist circles in each direction (Henry thought I was holding a treat) • 2️⃣ wrist flexions to wrist extensions • 3️⃣ flat hands to fists (try it on your knees first, then if that’s okay bear more weight in a front support shape) • 4️⃣ flat hands to fingertips (try on your knees first - the double fingertips is not for the faint hearted!🥵) • 5️⃣ front support rocks • 6️⃣ first curls forward and backward (can be done with small weight
