14K views · 816 reactions | 👇🏻Supa aceasta a trecut rapid in fruntea clasamentului la acest capitol. 💫Necesita cateva ingrediente ⚡️Dureaza putin ✨Este super gustoasa ⚡️Foarte satioasa ✨Si incredibil de aromata Nu aveam mult timp la dispozitie, de aceea nici nu am reusit sa filmez reteta integrala, insa este atat de simpla ca tot ce trebuie este sa pregatesti legumele: 2 morcovi (marime medie) 2 cepe albe 3 tije de apio 1 ardei rosu 2 dovlecei 3 cartofi 3 oua 1 legatura de marar Am tocat morcovii, ceapa, apio si ardeiul in cuburi, apoi le-am inabusit intr-o lingura de ulei de masline + 1 lingurita turmeric si 1 ceaca de apa. Am adaugat 2 litri de apa, iar pana cand a inceput sa fiarba am taiat dovleceii pe jumatate, am indepartat semintele apoi i-am taiat in cubulete mici. Am curatat si cartofii pe care i-am taiat tot in cuburi, mai mari. Am adaugat legumele in oala, am acoperit cu un capac si am lasat sa fiarba pana cand cartoful a fost gata (cam 20-25 de minute) La final am dres cu ou batut si 1 legatura de marar, am potrivit gustul cu sare si gata supa.
